We deliver products across India using third-party logistics partners.
Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout. Delays due to external factors (courier delays, strikes, weather, etc.) are not our responsibility.

6. Return and Refund policy
Bras, lingerie, shapewear, and accessories (jewelry, hair products, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons. Exceptions apply only if the item is defective or the wrong product is delivered (must be reported within 48 hours with proof).
T-shirts and apparel are eligible for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. Refunds (for eligible returns) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Sale/clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
