Shipping And Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

International shipping is not available.

2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days depending on your location.

Remote or rural areas may take 7–10 working days.

Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier delays, festivals, etc.).

4. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping above ₹299/ Standard charge approx ₹59 per order.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional handling fee of ₹10 may apply.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website/app.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partner will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.

If undelivered after multiple attempts, the order will be marked as “Returned to Origin (RTO).”

In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

7. Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address, absence of recipient, or unforeseen courier issues.

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details at checkout.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears tampered/damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with details.

If accepted, kindly record an unboxing video for claims related to missing or damaged items.
