1. Bra & Accessories (Strict No Return/Refund Policy)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, bra, shapewear, and accessories (including jewelry, and fashion add-ons) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All sales of these products are final.
Returns/exchanges will only be accepted if:
You receive a wrong product (wrong size, style, or color sent by mistake). Exchange and replacement product will be delivered within 3 working days.
The product is damaged/defective upon delivery.
In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof. A replacement of the same product will be issued (refunds are not applicable).
Note: For hygiene reasons, products that appear used, worn, washed, or without original packaging/tags will not be eligible for replacement.
2. How to Request an Exchange
1. Contact us at support@jholabharo.in with your Order ID.
2. Share product images and an unboxing video (for defective/wrong items).
3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. Items will be inspected before approving a refund/exchange.
5. Once aprroved, exchange and replacement product will be delivered within 3 working days.
3. Refunds
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI. For other payment mode, if refund approved the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 3 days of return.
Refunds are not applicable for bra or accessories (only replacement if defective/wrong item delivered).
